Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of terms
By engaging Abhalvad Multi Creations for any service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with the engagement.
Scope of services
Each engagement is defined by a written quotation, proposal, or work order that lists deliverables, timelines and fees. Additions or changes beyond that scope may be treated as separate work and quoted accordingly.
Quotations & pricing
Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Travel, permits, third-party licences and any statutory charges are billed at actuals unless mentioned in the quotation.
Payment terms
A 50% advance is required to confirm event and branding engagements. Balance is due before final delivery / event date. Printing and design retainers follow the payment schedule stated in the specific proposal.
Approvals & revisions
Every deliverable includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions are billed hourly at prevailing rates. Once you sign off on a proof, we proceed to production and further changes may attract reprint / redo charges.
Cancellations
Advance payments for events are non-refundable within 30 days of the event date, as vendor commitments are already made on your behalf. Design and print jobs already in production are non-cancellable.
Delivery timelines
We commit to timelines shared in writing. Delays caused by client-side approvals, incomplete inputs, or force-majeure events (weather, strikes, statutory restrictions) extend the timeline without penalty.
Ownership & rights
Full rights to final deliverables transfer to you upon full payment. We reserve the right to feature the work in our portfolio and social channels unless you request confidentiality in writing.
Liability
Our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
Confidentiality
We treat client information, files and briefs as confidential. Team members handling your work are bound by internal confidentiality obligations.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
